Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Certified via SGS, Intertek, CE and ISO.
Q2. How can I place an order?
Firstly, please inform us of your power requirements and budget, and we will arrange professional engineers to calculate and match the most suitable power and transportation plans for you. After you make the payment, we will arrange production and shipment for you.
Q3. Do you need dealers?
We welcome customers from all over the world to become our distributors. At present, our company has a complete dealer system, which not only provides better services but also brings you more profits.
Q4. Where is your factory located?
Our factories are in Chengdu City and Ningde, China. It's near to Shanghai/Guangzhou port.
Q5: How many days for production delivery?
Ordinarily it costs 5-7 workdays for normal type. Sample order in 3 days.
Q6: How about quality control in your factory?
1. We strictly operate full QC process, passed the ISO quality system management, CE verified, and intertek verification.
2. We followed, such as incoming inspection,process inspection, final inspection. Each engine,generator and water pump must be tested in production line.
3. We offer and supply test video for each machines before delivery.
Q7: How about guarantee?
1 year warranty or 1000 hours (which comes first) for all products

Payment<=2500 USD, 100% in advance.
Payment>2500 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance after production completed.
